Description

We are accepting applications for the role of part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is located in Huntersville, North Carolina, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, and billing. This role requires 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing

• Managing cash applications and maintaining records of cash activity

• Conducting collections, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving any discrepancies

• Overseeing billing functions, preparing and issuing invoices to customers

• Using various accounting software systems for efficient data management

• Keeping customer relationship management (CRM) systems for accurate customer records

• Using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business process management

• Ensuring compliance with ADP - Financial Services regulations

• Leveraging Epic Software for efficient data processing and analysis

• Carrying out other related accounting functions as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• CRM knowledge is essential.

• Experience with Epic Software is desirable.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is important.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently is needed.

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Experience in Billing Functions is mandatory.

• Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively is required.

• Experience in Cash Handling is essential.
