Description We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our team in the insurance industry located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role is crucial for ensuring effective customer service, data entry, and account adjustments. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity with the potential for significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and process account terminations and employee exits.

• Oversee the invoice and payment processing for accounts, incorporating urgent letter collection procedures when necessary.

• Provide quick and comprehensive responses to client inquiries via telephone calls regarding benefits, applications, account status, procedural details, or supply requests.

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail operations.

• Initiate proactive communication with clients through telephone, mail, or e-mail to address questions or resolve issues.

• Stay informed with knowledge of benefits, products, laws and regulations, systems, and procedures, imparting this knowledge to clients when needed.

• Participate in in-house training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Exhibit a detail-oriented and helpful demeanor consistently.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness, striving to meet or exceed performance benchmarks.

• Evaluate current processes and procedures to identify opportunities for enhancing administrative support efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Management System operations and maintenance

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Exceptional skills in written Correspondence for efficient communication

• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction

• High-speed and accurate Data Entry abilities for efficient record keeping

• Knowledge of Automate Processes for improving operational efficiency
