Job Title: Physical Therapist (Licensed) Location: Northfield, OH 44067 Shift: 1st Shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible schedule) Schedule: 1-2 days per week, totaling approximately 10 hours per week Duration: At least 6 months from projected start date Roles and Responsibilities: Administer tests and measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait, functional analysis, neurological) to evaluate clients, provide ongoing assessments, maintain and transmit records, and report findings to interdisciplinary teams; participate in developing, presenting, and revising individualized treatment plans. Participate in writing and presenting individualized client treatment plans, formulate goals, determine appropriate physical therapy treatments, periodically reassess client progress, and revise plans as needed, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress; maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress; and provide regular updates and reports to teams and stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
