Description We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team located in Hudson, New Hampshire. As part of your role, you will be tasked with providing administrative support to our sales team, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, ideal for those looking to develop their skills in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate efficient sales processes.

• Manage sales-related documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking leads.

• Assist in overall sales operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate customer records.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service and support.

• Assist in facilitating efficient sales processes to drive team performance.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements • Prior experience in a sales support role or similar is necessary

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive team environment

• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be advantageous

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
