In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) will be the primary engineering leader for a family of products focusing on program execution, new business growth, product leverage, product evolution, and continuous improvement. The PEL provides engineering leadership for the product line during all lifecycle phases. The successful candidate reports to the EAS Product Line Engineering Lead.

Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Product Line Director and staff to develop and deliver products and systems that meet our customer needs.

  • Partner and collaborate across all the disciplines, functions, and business areas to effectively support engineering across the enterprise.

  • Meet cost, schedule and technical performance for Product Line projects through their life cycle.

  • Ensure preparation and approval of competitive engineering bids that are executable, meet established price-to-win targets, and grow the business.

  • Serve as overall customer (internal / external) engineering point of contact for the product line.

  • In collaboration with the Product Line leadership team, prepare and communicate Product and Technology Roadmaps that sustain and grow the business.

  • Identify and support the development of critical skills and resources.

  • Develop and maintain measures related to engineering performance.

  • Develop and lead continuous improvement activities and ensure adoption within the organization.

  • Ensure proper application of process based on the size and complexity of the project.

  • Establish goals, performance standards, budgets and staffing plans.

  • Improve processes and skills that support programs.

As a leader, the PEL must also:

  • Work across organizational boundaries to solve problems and secure resources.

  • Recruit, train, develop and retain Program Engineering Managers (PEMs) to meet business needs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Requires qualified candidates to hold a Top Secret/SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor s degree and Minimum 12 years of technical leadership experience and capabilities relevant to the business

  • Ability to form a vision and implement action plans to achieve that vision

  • Proven ability to share and transfer technology across organizational boundaries to the benefit of our customers and the business

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
