Description We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be coordinating with technicians, handling customer service tasks, and performing light administrative duties. This role is located in a business casual environment and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth operations

• Prioritize and dispatch customer service requests

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries promptly and professionally

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records

• Handle email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy

• Undertake administrative tasks and special projects as directed

• Create and manage labels and log information in the system

• Process invoices for accounts payable in a timely manner

• Ensure punctuality and excellent attendance. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching or relevant role

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to enter invoices accurately and promptly

• Proficiency in data entry and order entry

• Excellent email correspondence skills

• Experience in answering inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

• Comfortable with answering inbound calls and managing multiple lines

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts if necessary.
