100% Onsite in Howell, MI

Pay: $18/hour

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Kelly is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a local business in Howell, MI that provides troubleshooting and maintenance services to any aspect of high volume kitchen operations. Apply below for immediate consideration!

Summary Statement:

This position is the primary line/response of customer support through both email and phone communication. This individual will be responsible for managing the email box, making sure all customer emails are answered and/or directed to the right department in order to be answered. They will also be the primary answerer of the main phone line, with the back up of other individuals in the office.

Essential Tasks / Duties:

  • Manage/Primary responder to email

  • Booking New Service Requests

  • Updating the Status of Existing Service Requests

  • Forward any other emails to the appropriate department for answer

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email Platform)

  • Organized

  • Ability to engage in fast-paced environment

  • Multi-tasking
