Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Job Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors (CC), Reporting, Workday Studio, Payroll Interface EIB (PECI), and Workday Extend. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations for our clients. This position requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, CC, and Workday Studio.

Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet client requirements.

Configure and maintain Payroll Interface EIB (PECI) integrations.

Extend Workday functionality using Workday Extend or other integration tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementation.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior consultants and project teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and reports.

Keep abreast of Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Document integration processes, configurations, and customizations.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing complex Workday integrations, including payroll inbound integration.

  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Workday Integration Consultant, with a focus on EIB, CC, Reporting, Studio, PECI, and Extend.

  • Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing complex Workday integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Workday data models, business processes, and security frameworks.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Workday certification(s) preferred (e.g., Workday Studio Certified, Integration Certified).

  • Experience with Workday Extend or other integration platforms is a plus.
