Job Description

This Workday HCM BA will be responsible for overseeing all stages of Syscos Workday Global HCM Implementation. Currently Sysco uses Workday HCM, and this project will expand its use globally to 28,000 employees in 16 countries. The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Absence. In Canada they will also add Payroll and Time Tracking. The project will include the first steps to global job architecture redesign and optimization in Workday.

This role will focus on data conversion.

Redesign all Syscos jobs in terms of job profiles and comp plan adjustments. Start in the US first, then roll out globally. Optimization of WorkDay involves workday organizations and entities and objects (regions, region hierarchies) those be reimagined and redesigned. Coordinating Sysco PM side and working with chosen consulting firm vendors.

Skills and Requirements

Hands-on configuration with Workday HCM - Focused as the Data Conversion Lead

Global implementation experience

Experience with data conversion/extraction and testing experience

Experience with Workday HCM implementations in global organization & roll out globally

Multiple project management approach and organizational skills

Ability to influence stakeholders

Communicate and deliver information effectively in multiple venues to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership null
