Location: North West Houston, TX

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Flexibility: Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Position: Warehouse Lead/Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to join our team in the North West Houston area. This role is essential in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

• Operate sit-down forklifts; familiarity with push/pull attachments is a plus.

• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.

• Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts (push/pull attachment experience is a bonus).

• Must be fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if needed.
