Robert Half Video Production Coordinator in Houston, Texas

Description We are seeking a Video Production Coordinator based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to our video production process. Your duties will range from handling language requests for launch-related videos, coordinating with our marketing team on scripts, to managing logistics for photo/video shoots. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle upwards of 30 language requests for 3 launch-related videos, this may often require edits to the source video before localization begins.

• Coordinate with the paid media team to export retailer and meta-specific outputs from videos created by the social team.

• Manage the outputs of CTAs of existing videos for various retailers for eye candy and paid media videos.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather scripts for eye candy and BEV videos.

• Support the team with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and asset uploading to the DAM.

• Oversee comp production, shipping, and logistics for photo/video shoots.

• Monitor video localization spend on behalf of global market video requests for future rebilling to the market. Requirements • Possess at least 1 year of experience in a role related to video production

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud for video editing and production

• Familiarity with Database systems and their management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their operation within video production

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Experience in creating Advertisements using video and graphic design tools

• Ability to conduct Auditing of video content for quality and compliance

• Experience in managing Contracts related to video production projects

• Familiarity with Design controls in the context of video production

• Strong ability to create and manage Documentation related to video production projects. Innovation starts with people.®
