Your Opportunity

Stantec is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, Transportation Roadway Engineer (EIT). The position will offer the opportunity to work on small and large high-profile roadway and highway projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Roadway and Highway geometric design

  • Model projects in MicroStation using the latest software (OpenRoads)

  • Prepare construction documents and cost estimates under the guidance of a licensed professional engineer.

  • Perform field work to collect data or observe projects under construction

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) minimum

  • EIT certification in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months is required

  • Experience with Microstation is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to create and interpret sketches, drawings, and various exhibits
