Description We are situated in Houston, Texas, and are currently hiring a Test Center Administrator. The main function of this role involves the administration and supervision of tests, ensuring the integrity of the testing environment, and providing customer service to test-takers. This role is part of the education industry and is based in a detail-oriented testing center. The employment opportunity is a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm the identities of test-takers upon their arrival at the center

• Provide clear instructions and guide test-takers through the process

• Oversee the testing area, ensuring adherence to testing protocols

• Address any inquiries or concerns from test-takers promptly and professionally

• Ensure no prohibited items are taken into the testing area

• Regularly patrol the testing area to deter and detect any forms of cheating

• Document any incidents or irregularities and prepare reports

• Perform general clerical duties as required

• Utilize various computer programs and CRM for administrative tasks

• Manage billing functions and use accounting software systems effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of creating and managing Banner Ads

• Proficiency in various Computer Programs

• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Ability to provide appropriate Answers to inquiries

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Ability to perform Clerical Duties effectively
