Pay: $70,000 - $200,00+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)

Primary Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with mid and large-scale accounts to enhance sales and profitability.
Develop and execute business plans tailored to each accounts needs.
Identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, vendor events, and other resources.
Contact prospective and assigned accounts to secure new business opportunities within the Tilt-Up concrete sector.
Collaborate with sales teams and corporate personnel to share account plans, pricing strategies, and other sales-related initiatives.
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, profit margin targets, and controllable expense objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely sales administration reports and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)
You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
You’re competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
