Pay: $70,000 - $200,00+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with mid and large-scale accounts to enhance sales and profitability.

  • Develop and execute business plans tailored to each accounts needs.

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, vendor events, and other resources.

  • Contact prospective and assigned accounts to secure new business opportunities within the Tilt-Up concrete sector.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and corporate personnel to share account plans, pricing strategies, and other sales-related initiatives.

  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction and project success.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, profit margin targets, and controllable expense objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales administration reports and documentation.

    Skills & Qualifications

  • First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)

  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services

  • You’re competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
