Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Quality Control

• Raw Receiving

• HTST Operations

• Filler Operations

• Daily Reconciliation – Market Administrator / DFA Milk Receipts

• Full cycle – Production to Market processing

Requirements

The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and entering their junior year in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Food Science or Food Technology.
