Responsibilities

As the Sr. Manager– HR Technology & Solutions role you will be leading & owning the strategy, design, development and co- implementation of global HR technology, processes, policies and practices that enable activities across the entire employee lifecycle. Oversees the HR technology transformation strategy, roadmap, and architecture and will be responsible for ensuring that our HR technology ecosystem aligns with our strategic goals . Partners with HR Shared Services Delivery & governance globally, as well as other HR groups and IT, to ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end employee experience, while continually improving and streamlining processing, reporting and auditing.

  • Partner with the HR and information technology teams to understand and drive the strategy, roadma p and implementation of enterprise process, data and technology changes and implementations.

  • Assess & Optimize HR systems/ Applications & utilization to meet workforce requirements, crafting opportunities for the simplification and automation of manual processes to maximize value, efficiency and drive accuracy and completeness.

  • Partner with IT in resolving problems , unexpected results, data validations, or process errors; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions to meet requirements and automate manual workflows

  • Partner with IT in the stabilization and optimization of Oracle HCM after go-live and the implementation of the new modules

  • Apply continuous improvement principles and processes (i.e. Root cause analysis, after action sessions) to ensure the continued success within HR Technology suite of tools to be able to consult on process improvements or technology based on the future state technology roadmaps

  • Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy requirements, policies, laws and regulations regarding compensation and data reporting and assist with development and data gathering related to compliance-related reporting and projects

  • Collaborate with IT (AMS Team), SMEs and system vendors to ensure HR Technology platforms are future-proofed , adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs and to address technical issues and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with vendors and working with IT teams Manage HR data integrity and security , ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Stay connected to industry trends and emerging HR technology offerings as well as best practices.

  • Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives , ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers.

  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors , negotiate contracts, and oversee service-level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, primarily within the HRIS field with at least 3 years leading a team and developing HR technology strategy.

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM and hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM and Oracle Help solutions.

  • Experience leading a team within an HRIS or HRIT function or alternatively as a leader of Product Managers.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements , and best practices

  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements governing HR as well as data privacy , including GDPR

  • Awareness related to cyber-security and current SEC regulations

  • Understanding of SOX controls, governance and segregation of duties .

  • Expert understanding of the landscape of other vendor technologies emerging and, on the market, today.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential a plus

  • Systems implementation experience required
