Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst
Jefferson Wells is seeking an Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst to work with our client in Houston Texas . Experience in high volume manufacturing invoicing, with deposits and tracking needed. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a possible temp to hire position being on-site 5 days .
Responsibilities
Extreme high volume Invoice Processing and Vendor Relations for multi-state, multi-projects manufacturing company.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all account’s payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation and archiving for auditing purposes.
Assist with month end closing -Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounts payable transactions.
Required
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting roles with manufacturing background experience is a must have.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or an AP Certified.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Concur, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), preferer Hedberg and Vivid ERP experience.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
