ManpowerGroup Software Sales Manager in Houston, Texas

We are seeking experienced Business Development Mangers across the globe to grow sales of our market leading supply chain risk solutions, to corporations industries including retail, fashion, apparel and financial services. The Business Development Manager will drive sales and revenue growth through identifying and contacting new prospects as well as cross selling to company’s vast client base.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across ESG, Human rights, supply chain risk management as well as relevant functions from sales, customer success, data & analytics and marketing to sell innovative and market driven products to our clients.

Location: Houston, TX

Remote with travel

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and lead on the execution of a go-to-market strategy for new and cross sales across the Americas region

  • Achieve annual new sales target of $1m for the region

  • Identify and prioritize key prospects by leveraging professional network, existing relationships, market research and industry insight

  • Develop a robust new client pipeline for Analytics solutions

What’s Needed?

  • 10 years of sales and business development experience, a history of exceeding individual sales targets with a good understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close

  • Ideal candidates have a passion for & understanding of sustainability

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field with post graduate degree

  • Strategic, client-focussed mindset with the ability to spearhead an execution plan

  • Strong commercial acumen
