Senior Solution Architect - Houston, TX. Directly interact with client representatives and liaise with various teams including functional managers, DevOps, and senior DevOps managers to design technology infrastructure architecture, ensure system integrity, and implement build, deployment, and configuration management for production and non-production enterprise software systems. Coordinate with the application team and build automated solutions for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD). Help clients realize the value of IT investments by supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. Deliver exceptional client service, providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, as well as how IT can function as a multiplying effect during major program transformations. Advise customers on best practices for D365 enterprise software processes, user interface, and architecture. Assume overall responsibility for solution architecture including clear visibility of transition from as-is solution landscape to to-be solution landscape through delivery and ownership of solution overview diagrams. Act as an interface and integration lead and demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities. Lead integration workshops with customers and third-party vendors, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions. Conduct internal workshops and stay current on D365 FandO and related technologies, and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness. Demonstrate expert knowledge of finance and distribution, project management, and accounting and trade solutions in Microsoft ERP technologies and related ISV solutions. Utilize Azure DevOps (Visual Studio Team Services) which is required for D365FandO for project management, code check-ins, and code promotion or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools, and lead projects using all aspects of LCS and Azure DevOps. Provide project effort estimates and track ongoing efforts using PBI, ticketing tools, Epic, or SNOW. Prepare documents before project handover and sign off for peer review before publishing the same. Work with the following: Dynamics AX, VSTS, MS SQL, Power BI, ServiceNow, Kyriba, Vertex, Salesforce, Dell Boomi, SKS eBanking suite. Other similar duties as assigned. M-F; 40 hrs/week.
