    Position Summary

    The Sr. Network Engineer, working on the Hosted Services team, would be focused on architecting and implementing various IT Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on design, implementation for new and existing clients, migration and configuration of new hardware, and verbose documentation of projects.  This role will also be responsible for conducting maintenance, and upgrades of networks, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems.

    Your Typical Day:

  • Provide advanced network technical support, and solutions

  • Provide recommendations to management and customers on enhancements and innovations

  • Manage configurations and the deployment of equipment in compliance with established technology policies

  • Network reporting and alert management

  • Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner

  • Customer remote support (primary), occasional onsite work needed

  • Frequent regional travel required

    Education/Knowledge/Certifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer

  • Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

  • Certifications

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional certification required

  • AWS/Azure Networking Specialty desired

  • Citrix CCP-N is a plus

  • VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization (VCP-NV) is a plus

  • 6+ years experience with implementing and troubleshooting enterprise networking/servers required

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 networking

  • VMware experience with networking and Software-Defined Networking is required

  • Experience with vCloud Director is a plus

  • Experience with Zerto DRaaS is a plus
