Smartbridge Senior Client Partner - QSR in Houston, Texas

Salary range 125K to 155K Annual Salary plus additional earning potential based on Quota (see note below)

We partner with leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands to enhance their technology strategy, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
To expand our impact, we are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Client Partner to lead new business development within the QSR sector. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring net new clients and revenue growth in QSRs through consulting services (not products).
Key Responsibilities
✅ QSR-Focused Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute a QSR industry sales strategy, aligning with Smartbridge’s service offerings.
Identify and cultivate new QSR clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Leverage existing QSR industry networks to drive introductions and opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
✅ Consultative Sales Approach
Partner with QSR clients to understand their business challenges and technology needs.
Sell technology consulting services in areas such as data & analytics, intelligent automation, AI/ML, cloud modernization, and digital transformation.
Educate QSR executives on how Smartbridge’s solutions can optimize restaurant operations and enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with Smartbridge practice leaders to create proposals, respond to RFPs, and customize solutions.
✅ Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
Generate and close $3+ million in net new services revenue annually.
Work closely with Smartbridge’s technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, UiPath, Salesforce) to identify joint opportunities in the QSR space.
Track all sales activities in CRM, providing weekly reports and pipeline updates to Smartbridge leadership.
Travel as needed to attend QSR industry events, client meetings, and partner activities.
Required Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of sales experience in the QSR industry, with a focus on technology consulting or digital transformation services.
✔ Proven ability to sell services, not products, in highly consultative, solution-based sales cycles.
✔ Experience managing enterprise-level relationships with QSR executives (CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, or technology decision-makers).
✔ Strong understanding of restaurant technology trends, data analytics, automation, and cloud-based modernization.
✔ Demonstrated success in generating $3M+ in new services sales revenue annually.
✔ Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Existing relationships within major QSR brands (franchisors, franchisees, corporate).
⭐ Experience working with Microsoft, UiPath, Salesforce, or cloud-based restaurant solutions.
⭐ Understanding of AI-driven automation, customer analytics, and QSR digital transformation strategies.
