This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company where your efforts directly contribute to our success. As a Sales Executive, you will be crucial in expanding our footprint and driving the adoption of Microsoft Platform-related services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed an annual contract sales target of $2.5M in your first 12 months.

  • Personal Prospecting: Engage in targeted prospecting efforts, identifying and qualifying potential clients through personal outreach, networking, and referrals. Aim for 50 weekly prospecting activities.

  • Industry Expertise: Cultivate a network of contacts within a high-potential industry or vertical, driving at least 50% of your sales target through these relationships.

  • Sales Presentations: Partner with Definity First specialists to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft platform solutions and our services.

  • Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close contracts, working closely with legal and management teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Engagement Ramp-Up: Collaborate with our technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

  • Market Insight: Share insights on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape with our management, operations, and marketing teams.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest developments in the Microsoft platform and industry-Specific trends.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales for Microsoft platform related services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets over the last 3 years.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technology-related field.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer focus with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.

  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement.

  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous Learning and innovation.

    Preferred Locations: Dallas/Houston, TX
