Description

A company in North Houston is in need of an Inside Sales Admin on a temporary to full time basis. Experience using the SAP software is required. Duties include:

• Proactive prospecting primarily via phone to set-up appointments with leads, prospects and customers.

• Support sales follow-up activities including requesting quotations and proposals per Territory Manager direction.

• Review, submit and track equipment orders and maintain communication with customer through delivery.

• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

• Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is required for operational tasks

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently

• Experience in sales support is preferred to assist the sales team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Strong organizational skills to manage customer records and sales data

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and sales events.
