Position Purpose:

Provide professional receptionist and secretarial support to the organization. Operate switchboard and greet all visitors, coordinate express mail/UPS pick-ups and deliveries, and provide secretarial/clerical support as necessary. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Manages the company’s lobby area.

  • Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.

  • Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.

  • Answers and directs incoming calls from the main phone number.

  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6 – 12 months experience working in a professional office environment and/or working in customer service/interacting with the public
