TEKsystems Petrophysics/GGREW Project Manager in Houston, Texas

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager who will act to support an upcoming Greenfield Development and be the liaison between multiple Greenhouse Gas Removal:

Enhanced Weathering and IT related groups to ensure all GGREW and IT business project deliverables fall within the scope and budget of the project.

Tasks Include:

-Build and maintain relationships with GGREW project owners and vendors

-Coordinate the business needs and requirements with GGREW and IT teams across various workstreams for the successful delivery of program level execution plan

-Develop framework to align the core project team Technical and Steering Committee to align on the key project decisions

-Manage and Deliver Project Updates and Communication to the key stakeholders on a timely manner

-Develop and maintain detailed Program Execution Plan including tasks resources timeline using Microsoft Project Planview Primavera SharpCloud

-Develop and maintain risk management matrix decision register actions item tracking and progress tracking published regularly to shared Teams site

-Develop Change Management and Training Model using ADKAR Model

-Develop process and tools to optimize resource allocation

-Schedule host and capture summary and actions from GGREW and IT project meetings

Qualifications

-Strong Background in project management methodologies and tools preferably PMP certified

-Strong Organizational Change Management skillset

-Understanding of Cloud and GGREW IT Compute Environment and industry standard software

-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

-Experience in supporting GGREW work i.e. logging petrophysics geologic modeling Simulation and Drilling Completions projects

-Experience supporting the implementation of a petrotechnical software

-Extensive experience working as an Project Manager Business Analyst Change Management Lead

-Experience in running Agile Project serving as SCRUM Master role.
