Deloitte Organization Change Management Specialist in Houston, Texas

Work you'll do

  • Provide subject matter expertise to support successful change management processes consistent with organizational expectations.

  • Lead one or more work streams on the different components of strategic change activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)

  • Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and engage leadership.

  • Develop and execute communication plansleveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms

  • Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives.

  • Contribute to practice development initiatives including business development, culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

  • Provide informal coaching and/or mentoring of team members.

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of professional work experience.

  • 1 year of professional change management work experience supporting military or federal personnel performance metrics or HR processes.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Active Secret clearance.

  • Ability to travel up to 15-25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA

  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or similar tools.

  • 1 year of professional work experience using data analytics to inform recommendations to leadership on productivity improvement processes.
