Netsync Network Solutions Network Services Technician in Houston, Texas

Detailed Description

Description: A Network Services Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of work load, interaction with Netsync administrators, maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team

  • Interaction with Netsync Administration

  • Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems

  • Ensure service requests are proceeding properly

  • Continued technical education in the networking field

  • Maintain availability for 24x7 support

  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with customers

  • Network troubleshooting and issue assessment

  • Network hardware installation

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years IT industry experience supporting networks in Managed Services and enterprise class projects

  • Familiarity with service tickets and OEM warranty programs

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: CCNA or higher level Cisco certification and 2 years IT industry experience supporting networks in Managed Services and enterprise class projects
