Detailed Description
Description: A Network Services Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of work load, interaction with Netsync administrators, maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
Interaction with Netsync Administration
Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems
Ensure service requests are proceeding properly
Continued technical education in the networking field
Maintain availability for 24x7 support
Communicate efficiently and professionally with customers
Network troubleshooting and issue assessment
Network hardware installation
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years IT industry experience supporting networks in Managed Services and enterprise class projects
Familiarity with service tickets and OEM warranty programs
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: CCNA or higher level Cisco certification and 2 years IT industry experience supporting networks in Managed Services and enterprise class projects
