This company that supports a Hybrid work model here in the Houston Marketplace is looking for a Senior Associate or Manager from the investment banking space. Candidate should have 4 plus years of experience, BBA with an MBA a plus. Role will not initially manage a team but will over time. Company overs Base Salary to mid 100’s plus bonus and benefits. Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in the Finance sector.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.

• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.

• Possess excellent understanding and experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A).

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make forecasts.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality.
