Job Location: Katy, TX

The

Maintenance Technicianmaintains the manufacturing line's pace while making sure that no equipment trips or malfunctions because of plant operating conditions. This position will require the individual to maintain and coordinate operational maintenance on all plant machinery between the material sorting line and first stage extrusion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control process levels, temperatures, pressures and flows in a safe and efficient manner
• Must demonstrate ability to learn and independently operate equipment used at facility
• Must become proficient in the care and use of all site specific, facility required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions

Experience:

• Previous experience operating power tools and hand tools
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Requirements:

• Power tools and hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operational maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• Operator experience 1 year (Preferred)
