Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated PM Technician or Maintenance Helper to assist with preventative maintenance on machines and various repairs within our facility. Responsibilities include building remodels, flooring, construction, light welding, and general facility upkeep. Daily tasks will involve verifying and topping off coolant concentrations, changing oil and oil filters, replacing hydraulic fluids, belts, and chains as needed. Additionally, the role requires maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris and trash using a forklift. The successful candidate will also manage the facility's flags and ensure that restrooms are well-stocked.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Houston, Texas.

Work Environment

Clean and air-conditioned shop. Day shift from 4 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday, and a 10-hour shift on Saturday from 4 AM to 2 PM. Occasionally, the shift may change to 5 AM to 5:30 PM, but it will still cover 12-hour days.
