The Department of Economics trains doctoral students in various subfields of economics, including applied microeconomics, economic theory, macroeconomics, and econometrics. The Department also offers undergraduate majors in economics, mathematical economic analysis, and managerial economics and organizational sciences, a professional master's program in energy economics and, starting in Fall 2026, a professional master’s in computational economics.
