3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am
This is a team lead position that requires strong leadership skills. This person will need to be able coordinate the workflow of projects and ensure deadlines are met on time.
Following direct direction from supervisors and managers.
Working very closely with staff that they are being productive and completing the work efficiently and efficiently following job specifications while maintaining a positive attitude.
Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image.
Filing, Sorting, and Organizing documents
Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment
Prior Imaging experience is preferred.
This person should achieve being a subject matter expert in all imaging processes within a 6 month time frame.
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – responsible for document preparation.
The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.
Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
Must be acceptable of change and long durations of project assignments
