Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Houston, Texas. This role will be pivotal in our IT department, focusing on supporting end users both within the United States and internationally. The Help Desk Analyst II will be responsible for setting up new users, troubleshooting issues, and managing service tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new users with the necessary hardware and software, including Mac computers, Microsoft products, and Apple devices.

• Handling daily service tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.

• Providing after-hours support on a rotational basis to accommodate different time zones.

• Utilizing the Service Desk Plus ticketing system to manage and track user issues.

• Troubleshooting various technical issues, leveraging skills in Active Directory, Configuration Management, and Deployments.

• Participating in project work in addition to day-to-day tasks, contributing to broader organizational objectives.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service by maintaining accurate records and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Supporting configuration management and deployment of computer hardware.

• Using Microsoft Office Suites to maintain records, manage projects, and communicate effectively with team members and end users. Requirements • Proficiency in Mac Computers is required.

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems is essential.

• Must have knowledge and experience with Active Directory.

• Experience with Apple Devices is necessary.

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is required.

• Must have skills in Configuration Management.

• Experience in deployments is important.
