As Global Program Director, this senior leader is responsible for maintaining the functions strategic plan, administration and implementation of the management system and development of the related standards to support excellence in global operations. Essential job duties include: Assist executive management in translating long term vision into an actionable plan of initiatives that is integrated with major operational goals. Direct the necessary processes to ensure global input on the prioritization of the initiatives contained within the plan. Work with Global leaders to manage the continuous improvement of the management system, standards and procedures. Manage the development of site and corporate level audit protocols necessary to ensure processes have been consistently and effectively implemented to assure compliance and continuous improvement. Assist in tracking new regulatory requirements and assessing the impact on the corporation. Manage the analysis of data, dissemination of conclusions across the company, and utilizing results to enhance standards and plans. Respond to emergencies or high profile events to assist in incident analysis or agency investigations. Communicate clearly and concisely to employees, contractors, members of the public and executive management. Prioritize, manage, and execute work on multiple projects simultaneously. Travel to remote locations and perform program assessments and compliance audits. Assist in establishing and managing operating and capital budgets related to assigned area. Provide guidance to leadership and others on management system practices. Provide input to assist in ensuring personnel have the resources and training to successfully perform their roles.

Education/Experience Type: Must have 7 years of experience as an HSE Manager/Director with a multinational offshore drilling company. Must have experience with/in Management Systems, incident analysis and root cause investigation techniques, data analysis, identification of performance trends and causal analysis, and experience in setting priorities, organizing facts, and resolving problems. 15-20% domestic and/or offshore travel may be required.
