Job Overview

Weatherford is seeking an experienced and driven Global Product Manager - DRILLING FLUIDS to actively manage and drive the product strategy & product development for the respective product line. In this pivotal role, you will align new products with the Global Product Line strategy to meet customer requirements and market needs, ensuring seamless integration into and maintenance of the existing product portfolio.

Requirements

• Have 5 plus years of drilling fluids experience

• Proven track record in the development and/or application of new technology in the oil and energy industry

• Extensive experience in technical, product line, design, applications, or operations roles

• Comprehensive working knowledge of the product line, products, and an excellent understanding of applications/operations

• Strong analytical skills to facilitate and deliver product/process improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to make decisions, identify, and implement appropriate improvements

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-30%

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Scientific discipline, or equivalent experience is required. A Master's Degree (MBA) is preferred.

Certifications

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
