Jacobs Engineering Project Manager in Houston, Texas

You will have the chance to work across multiple markets including Aviation, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing and Commercial projects alongside our Cities & Places design team. The Project Manager position is key to success at Jacobs, in this role you will lead teams of Architects and Engineers from concept design phases through construction administration. The PM will be expected to lead multi-discipline and multi-office execution plans, create and manage project schedules, project budgets and report monthly on financials. As your career grows at Jacobs you will take on larger and higher profile projects as you develop client relationships.

This role offers expertise across all core engineering, construction management, architecture, and specialty disciplines. A Professional License (PE) in Texas or able to transfer an existing license from another state

A minimum of 10 Years’ Experience

Facility Design Experience through full project life cycle

Proven ability to engage with clients, develop relationships and win work, and then deliver innovative solutions providing value to both the client and provider.

Ability to work independently on a large array of tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Proven experience leading design teams

Knowledge of local codes and industry standards

Knowledge of MEP, architectural and structural systems

AutoCADD, Revit, Microsoft Projects
