Project Overview:
Driftwood LNG is a greenfield LNG export terminal located on an approximate 700-acre plot on the Calcasieu River due south of Sulphur, Louisiana. The project will be permitted for a nominal 26 MTPA LNG facility based on 20 liquefaction units of 1.3 MTPA each, divided into five LNG plants with four units in each LNG plant (each four unit LNG plant hereafter a “Plant”). The Project will also include three 235,000m³ full containment LNG tanks and three marine loading jetties that will support ships with capacity of up to 216,000m³. All plants will be built direct hire by Bechtel.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand the evolutions of the Digital Supply Chain tools. You will consider impacts, risks, and feedback to determine industry best practices, and will update or contribute to the update of governance and guidance, training materials, and Supply Chain work processes. Your insights on end-user adoption will help Program Management ensure Digital Supply Chain tools are meeting requirements.
This role will start in the Houston office, prior to transiting to site mid-2025. #LI-CS1
Major Responsibilities:
- Delivers updated Supply Chain work processes and procedures relative to execution of Digital Supply Chain and in alignment with overall Supply Chain Governances and instructions
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced knowledge and experience of enterprise-wide data processing operations
Advanced knowledge of standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Power BI, Excel and Access, and including simple table, query, report and macro design.
Proficient in Data Analysis
Advanced knowledge of and experience using reporting tools such as PowerBI, SSRS, Power Query etc.
Advanced knowledge of standard office productivity tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, including simple table, query, report and design.
Experience with typical and advanced troubleshooting techniques
Experience with software installation procedures and networked infrastructure concepts
Experience in analyzing project application requirements and implementation based on analysis
Skilled in oral communication and experience in giving practical and technical presentations to medium and large audiences.
Experience and/or knowledge and training in personnel administration activities, such as interviewing, selection, performance reviews, salary planning and career counseling.
Knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite of Applications, Oracle Agile and Oracle Primavera Unifier
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including knowledge of common Engineering, Project Controls, Finance and Construction work methods that depend upon Supply Chain System
information.
Experience with web-based computing environments including creation and maintenance of basic web services.
Experience in major global, direct hire and contract management projects, which include engineering, procurement, and materials management activities
