Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst in the Education industry based in Houston, Texas. As a Data Analyst, you will be tasked with maintaining and analyzing our database system, creating dashboards, performing data analysis, and employing various technologies to enhance our data management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM for customer relationship management and data processing.

• Maintain the integrity of the Database System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handle Database Objects and DB2 Database, performing regular updates and troubleshooting as necessary.

• Use AB Testing methodologies to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Implement Backup Technologies to secure data and prevent loss.

• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to generate actionable insights from data.

• Create Dashboards to present data in an easily understandable format.

• Perform comprehensive Data Analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Develop and maintain complex database and data engine systems using T-SQL - Transact-SQL.

• Collaborate with the team to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Requirements • Proficient in CRM systems for effective customer relationship management.

• Demonstrable experience with database and database object handling.

• Proven expertise in database systems, including DB2 Database.

• Familiarity with AB Testing for optimizing user experience and system performance.

• Experience with backup technologies for data security and recovery.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) for effective business decision making.

• Ability to create dashboards for visual data representation and analysis.

• Proficient in data analysis for drawing insights and making recommendations.
