THE OPPORTUNITY

Corporate Controller

A fast-growing, innovative global company, seeks a Corporate Controller, reporting directly to the company’s CFO and will play an instrumental role in managing the company’s accounting department by providing insightful financial information about all of the company's activities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Under the CFO’s direction, the incumbent will be responsible for:

· Employing independent judgment to undertake advanced and specialized accounting/finance assignments with the support of the manufacturing locations

· Evaluating and interpreting financial information to prepare analytical reports, statements, and recommendations

· Providing crucial assistance and due diligence for future acquisitions

WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY

• Works closely with accounting teams across US/EMEA/APAC,

• Completes the consolidated month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepares quarterly board of directors’ package, annual audit, and effectively communicates with management, investors, and external parties.

• Prepares in-depth analysis and reports summarizing the company's business activity and financial position in key areas including revenues, expenses, cash flows, and other balance sheet accounts based on past, present, and expected transactions.

• Manages global treasury operations and optimizes cash disbursements and collections.

• Participates actively in a vast array of special projects, compiles multiple ad hoc analysis and reports.

• Leads the due diligence and potential integration of future acquisitions.

• Coordinates and ensures compliance with all external service providers, including outside auditors, tax preparers, bankers, insurance brokers, and carriers.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, including CPA or CMA certifications. (Master’s Degree will be a plus)

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with financial reporting and consolidation software (e.g., Planful).

• Previous experience with ERP (preferably Epicor) is a must.

• Expertise in cost accounting is required.

• Exposure in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment will be useful.

• Must be both strategic and tactical in skills and execution with a “get it done” mindset.

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent planning, analysis, and execution abilities.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Strong team player with superior organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience with private equity would be an added advantage.

• Some travel is required.
