Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece.
• Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and any specialty tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines such as cleaning and lubricating parts.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Inspect finished work pieces for conformance to specifications.
• Experience with Okuma OSP controls is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing as required.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts.

Background Requirements:

Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. Convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, company policy does not permit the employment of candidates with some classes/types of convictions.
