Job Summary This position will support the designing, developing, testing, implementing and managing an inventory tracking system for referral and authorization inventory control. Works with the Referral Management leadership team, Information Technology (IT) and other stakeholders to create the inventory control system to support the referral and authorization operations. This position requires a strong understanding of the business requirements and system architecture.

Education and Experience Required: * Bachelors degree in Computer Information System, Business or related field or equivalent experience or certifications * U.S. Citizenship * Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation * Two plus years of experience in systems analysis, design and reporting * Advanced MS Access to include design and development * SharePoint experience

Preferred: * Veteran or Military Spouse or military affiliated * TRICARE referral and authorization experience

Key Responsibilities * Supports the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of the inventory control system in collaboration with Referral Management leadership, IT and other stakeholders. * Works with users and collaborates with IT to write business requirements. * Performs all technical documentation and writes the user training documents. * Writes test scripts and performs testing. * Provides quality assurance oversight to ensure ongoing system support and system integrity. * Troubleshoots systems issues and coordinates user support with IT Service team. * Designs and implements reporting to track and trend inventory control performance. * Maintains security standards and policies relating to system access over networks. * Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with TriWest and Referral Management policies and procedures. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Technical Skills: General knowledge of technology impact on business outcomes; general to advanced knowledge of data systems, hardware and software as related to a specific specialized application program; general to advanced knowledge of database management and administration concepts and structures; advanced knowledge of interrelationships of project planning, applications development, database administration, system requirements and the creation of products and services; general ability to analyze, define, and quickly identify technical problems with systems; ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Working Conditions Working Conditions: * Availability to work non-regular hours * Works within a standard office environment * Limited travel required to remote sites * Participates in rotation of on-call responsibility

DoD Statement Our Department of Defense contract requires US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation for this position.

Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Washington D.C. and Washington State residents: $83,000 - $106,000 depending on experience
