Evaluate the financial aspects of business development processes, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and profit-loss projections. Raise market profile and coordinate with team members to track activities against budgets, benchmark progress, and returns on investment. Identify, develop, and evaluate business and marketing strategies based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Drive, monitor, and improve sales performance for service offerings by pursuing new business opportunities and closing sales in line with the Firms policies and business strategies. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations manuals to assist the Firm Partners in operating more efficiently and effectively. Gather and organize internal information on existing problems and procedures related to workflow, marketing, and client development and retention. Analyze data gathered, and develop solutions and alternative methods of proceeding to remedy issues at existing locations, as well as to adequately structure growth. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, marketing endeavors, information flow, and cost analysis with a focus on expanding Firm operations. Utilize research and strategic planning to ensure the profitability of legal services, analyzing business developments and monitoring current events and market trends as necessary. Develop unique monitoring and control formats of casework and prepare bimonthly reports evaluating performance of the firm with statistics and research. Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or foreign equivalent), five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Business Development, license or certification in International Marketing, and must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
