Are you a skilled operator with experience in blending and compression molding? We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Blender/Compression Mold Operator. In this role, you will play a key part in the production process, working with polyurethane materials, operating presses, and preparing products for shipment. • Must speak English and Spanish.

• Experience with press machines, painting or basic capentry worked preferred

• Ability to operate and maintain both electric and hydraulic presses.

• Basic skills in sanding and painting products for final shipment.

• Forklift certification or experience with sit-down forklift operation is a plus.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and compression molding equipment.

• Weigh and mix polyurethane materials using a hand drill and bucket.

• Pour molds and operate both electric and hydraulic presses, ensuring correct timing and process parameters.

• Sand final products and primer for shipment preparation.

• Operate a sit-down forklift for material handling and transportation as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:
