Description We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing our accounting software systems, ensuring the efficiency of our financial services, and managing our enterprise resource planning. This position will also involve ERP solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), and other accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the implementation and management of accounting software systems.

• Supervising ADP financial services to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial management.

• Managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline and integrate business processes.

• Implementing and managing ERP Solutions to improve business operations.

• Working with Great Plains (GPAC) to manage accounting and business management solutions.

• Overseeing all accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

• Managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time.

• Conducting auditing practices to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Overseeing billing functions to ensure all invoices are issued to customers and paid in a timely manner.

• Utilizing Navision to manage business processes including finance, manufacturing, and customer relationship management. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role.

• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is a must.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is advantageous.

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Proven experience in Auditing is required.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is important.

• Proficiency with Navision software is beneficial.
