We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in Horsham Area, Pennsylvania. As a core member of our team, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and decision-making processes within our company. You will be involved in tasks like budgeting, conducting financial analysis, and providing financial consultancy to our management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance.

• Collaborate with management on the development and execution of the annual budget.

• Organize budget processes and implement improvements where necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create sophisticated reports and data visualizations.

• Use financial analysis to assist in the decision-making process and assess company performance.

• Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.

• Collaborate with various teams to understand and ensure budget accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for company leaders and stakeholders.

• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of variances to assist in decision-making.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a financial analysis role

• Demonstrated proficiency in the annual budget process

• Proven experience with complex financial analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required

• Strong skills in budget processes

• Expertise in financial analysis is mandatory

• Ability to conduct complex financial analysis is essential

• Experience with Power BI is vital.
