Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30/hour

*Please note: This position is a 6 month contract*

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 day WFH)

Location: Onsite: Horsham, PA

What’s a typical day as a Senior Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

• Managing complex and changeable calendars.

• Prioritizing high volume of meeting requests and scheduling tasks.

• Making complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Managing expense reports.

• Preparing and editing organizational charts.

• Maintaining SharePoint information and uploading/updating files.

• Organizing large internal department meetings.

• Providing light administrative support to various teams.

• Handling highly confidential correspondence.

• Providing outstanding levels of customer service.

• Collaborating and working with the administrative team.

• Staying informed of company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive documents.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of an Associate Degree with 4 years related experience OR a minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a Associate degree.

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Have extensive knowledge of computer skills and productivity tools.

• Have strong verbal, written, and multi-tasking communication skills.

• Have excellent organization skills and ability to establish priorities.

• Are flexible and can adapt to shifting priorities.

• Can work independently and use good judgment.

• Can multitask and act quickly to meet deadlines.

• Can maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.

• Can work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Are located in or willing to relocate to Horsham, PA.

• Are willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
