Job Title: Customer Service Administrative AssistantJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrative Assistant to manage customer interactions from initial online inquiries and phone calls up to the point of sale, actively engaging in the sales process. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about vehicle inventory, answering emails, making follow-up calls, recommending products, and finalizing sales. Additionally, the role involves data entry, maintaining customer satisfaction through effective follow-up systems, and occasionally moving vehicles for test drives.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of face-to-face customer service experience, preferably in retail or restaurant industries

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The position is based at a dealership in Horsham, PA. The environment includes a personal cubicle with phone and computer setup, within a team of approximately 5 including other CSR/service reps and a Sales Manager. Business casual dress code is required. Work hours include shifts of 9-5pm and 12-8pm during the week, and every Saturday from 9-5pm, with one weekday off which can be coordinated with management.
