Description We are looking for a diligent Payroll Specialist to join our team in the service industry, based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing related reimbursements, and fielding employee inquiries. You will also play a key role in the migration of existing time tracking systems and supporting HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll and ensure correct payouts

• Manage weekly payroll adjustments, reviews, and authorizations

• Handle employee inquiries concerning payroll discrepancies and owed pay

• Assist in the transition from current time tracking systems to new ones like ADP/Dayforce/Wensoft

• Generate payroll data and compensation reports for audits as required

• Support HR initiatives such as Leave of Absences, Dayforce employee access, Dayforce Workflow approvals, and onboarding

• Collaborate with the HR regional team to drive District communication and follow up on company and regional initiatives

• Oversee accurate coding of hours to track job costs

• Handle 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a necessity.

• Knowledge of Ceridian software is important.

• Proficiency in using Dayforce is required.

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is crucial.

• Familiarity with About Time software is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed.

• Experience in Benefit Functions is required.
