Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Risk Product Manager to oversee the critical Technology Change and Impact Assessment (TCIA) process which assists in ensuring changes are proactively assessed for potential impacts or relevance to the control environment, technology risk programs, and to regulatory mandates and requirements. The Risk Product Manager will be responsible for curating functionality within the tool facilitating technology change impact assessments, which includes things like establishing the layout of the user interface, building reporting routines, ensuring assessments are communicated to the appropriate parties, and more. This Risk Product Manager may also have responsibility for curating functionality in other tools used by technology risk management teams.
This role will also leverage the tool to execute TCIAs, helping to ensure that risk is managed properly throughout the life of the change. This individual will be responsible for assessing the technology change to understand the scope of impact, and to initiate any identified follow-on work with related teams. Additionally, the Risk Product Manager will execute the Finding Impact Score (FIS) assessment on Root Cause Analysis and Issue records, partnering with Risk Management, Issue Management and Technology Risk Analysts to assess the level of risk present which assists leadership in prioritizing remediation activities.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, more than eight years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Advanced understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Applicable professional certifications
Other Responsibilities Include:
Establish and enhance processes and routines related to the TCIA and FIS tools.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements to optimize functionality within the tool to improve both the efficiency of the assessment process and the effectiveness of the information provided.
Improve reporting routines and functionality.
Improve engagement with the tool and expand use to other risk programs.
Execute technology change impact assessments within the tool.
Communicate results of assessments to applicable audiences.
Perform similar duties for other technology risk products, as required.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
