Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to become an integral part of our team in the Rental/Leasing Services industry, situated in Hopewell, Virginia, 23860, United States. You will be involved in various responsibilities ranging from processing customer credit applications to maintaining accurate customer credit records and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the entire accounts payable function from start to finish.

• Ensure accurate data entry and coding of invoices.

• Handle the matching of purchase orders with corresponding invoices.

• Assist in the execution of account reconciliations and journal entries when required.

• Administer the incorporation of paper invoices into the system.

• Provide support with some payroll functions when not engaged with accounts payable.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform tasks effectively.

• Carry out check runs and invoice processing in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of detail-orientation and organization in all tasks. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Account Reconciliation

• Ability to conduct Check Runs

• Knowledge of Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with SAP software
